Our Events
Tournament Outline
Highland Meadows Golf Course offers a full range of services and products for your event. Large and small events can be customized for any group with personalized tournament prizes, various meal options, and an assortment of golfing formats and on course contests or games. Our tournament packages include cart signs and score cards personalized with your participant’s names, professionally printed scoreboards and rules sheets. Signage featuring tournament sponsors can be displayed throughout the golf course; however, posting sponsor names and advertising on the GPS screens mounted on every golf cart is a popular option.

Tournament Day at a Glance
Upon arriving at Highland Meadows, a uniformed staff member will greet guests, assist them to their golf cart and direct them to the registration area where they will check-in. Shuttle service is provided to and from the practice facility where golfers can prepare for their round. Immediately before their tee off time, one of our staff professionals will announce the rules and regulations of the event and direct players to their appropriate starting holes. Upon completion of play, scorecards will be collected, tallied and posted by a Highland Meadows representative. The event coordinator will then announce the winners and thank the participants of the tournament.

From the time you begin your event planning, to the first tee shot, to the time scores are posted we aim to provide everyone with a day to remember. Through planning and experience we have developed a tournament model that lets the day flow smoothly for everyone. As the Tournament Coordinator you will work closely with a Highland Meadows representative to ensure that not even the smallest detail is overlooked. This process takes the pressure off of you come tournament day so you can enjoy that time with your participants.
